James "Jim" Parady (born April 30, 1961), of Poughkeepsie, New York, is the current head football coach for the Marist College Red Foxes football program. He has been the coach since 1992, and through the 2010 season has compiled an overall record of 115–113–1.
He attended the University of Maine and is a member of Delta Tau Delta International Fraternity.
