Jesper Asselman (born 12 March 1990) is a Dutch professional racing cyclist. He has ridden for Roompot–Nederlandse Loterij since the team's beginning in 2015

In August 2015, he rode in the Eneco Tour. After spending two consecutive days in the breakaway and winning bonus seconds, Asselman moved into the lead of the race.
