Jeff Reinert is an American basketball coach. As of 2016–17 he is the head boys' basketball coach at Santa Margarita Catholic High School in Rancho Santa Margarita, California, although he is better known for his time as a college coach. Reinert served as Utah Valley University's head coach between 1994 and 2002. He compiled an overall record of 179 wins and 77 losses, which are the most wins in school history. At the time, Utah Valley was a junior college (they later transitioned to Division I in 2009).
As a player, Reinert played college basketball for the University of New Mexico before transferring to play at Gonzaga University between 1983 and 1985. He was a teammate of future Basketball Hall of Famer during the 1983–84 season. In 1984–85 he played one year of professional basketball in Australia for the Ipswich Eagles.
