Jebediah Lee Putzier (pronounced (PUTT-zeer)) (born January 20, 1979) is a former American football tight end. He was drafted in the 6th round of the 2002 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos. Putzier also played for the Houston Texans, Seattle Seahawks, and the UFL's Omaha Nighthawks.

Putzier attended Eagle High School in his hometown Eagle, Idaho. He also lettered in Basketball. Putzier made two free throws to win the district championship game against Eagle High's rivals, Centennial High.

Putzier attended Boise State University and was an English Major and a letterman in football. In football, he finished his college career with 128 receptions for 2050 yards(16.01 yards per reception avg.) and 19 touchdowns. As a senior, he played tight end and was a first team All Western Athletic Conference selection.His 824yd 12td's and 18.7ypc led the nation for all tight ends. In Boise State University's 41-10 victory against Tulsa University that year, he caught 8 passes for 164 yards and three touchdowns. Later in the season he had 191yds on 8 catches and 3 touchdowns. As a junior, he played wide receiver, and was an All-big West Conference Honorable Mention selection and finished the season with 39 receptions for 514 yards (13.18 yards per reception avg.) and two touchdowns. As a sophomore, he played wide receiver and was a second team All-Big West Conference selection. Jeb played on the Boise State basketball team his sophomore year. Putzier won the valor award his senior season.

Putzier was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the sixth round of the 2002 NFL Draft. After only recording four receptions his first two years, he contributed to the Broncos in 2004 with 36 catches. His play earned him a 5-year $12.5 million offer sheet from the New York Jets which the Broncos matched. Despite putting up 37 receptions in 2005 the Broncos released him in what was considered to be a salary cap purge.
