Jean M. Hunhoff (born December 30, 1953 in Yankton, South Dakota) is an American politician and a Republican member of the South Dakota House of Representatives representing District 18 since January 2015. She also served consecutively in the South Dakota Legislature from January 2001 until January 2007 in the South Dakota House of Representatives District 18 seat. Between those two House stints, she represented District 18 in the South Dakota Senate from 2007 to 2015. Hunhoff was the mayor of Yankton from 1995 until 1997.
Hunhoff earned her BSN from South Dakota State University, her MSN from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and her MHA from the University of Minnesota Medical School.
