Jasem Yaqoub Sultan Al-Besara (born 25 October 1953 in Kuwait City) is a former Kuwaiti footballer. He played from 1972 until 1982, and scored 34 goals for his team.
Sultan played for the Kuwait national football team at the 1980 Summer Olympics and the 1982 FIFA World Cup.
