Janice Cmar is the mayor of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, and a retired teacher from Peters Township Middle School. She retired from teaching at the end of 2014-15 school year to be a full-time mayor. For most of the time she was teaching she was teaching Home Ed. Then for her last year at PTMS (Peters Township Middle School) she began to teach the Goal 7 class.
