The Janakpuri West (Hindi: जनकपुरी पश्चिम) Metro Station is located on the Blue Line of the Delhi Metro.
Facilities: Escalator (for going up only) on both sides. Punjab National Bank's ATM
Nearby attractions (within walking distance): Janak Palace Shopping complex, Satyam Cinplex, Sagar Ratna restaurant, Piccadily Hotel (earlier known as Hotel Hilton). This station also serves to the people of Vikaspuri.
Under Phase III, Janakpuri West station is proposed to become an interchange station with the Outer Ring Road line. From here, passengers will be able to connect to Kalindi Kunj via. Hauz Khas and Noida Botanical Garden using the new line.
Length 34.273 km (10.466 km Elevated, 23.807 km Underground). Total stations 23 (Elevated 8, Underground 15). Progress of civil works up to July 2016 is 94.73%. The target for Train Trial is December 2016
