Jan Hendrikus Cornelis "Jan" van Zanen (born 4 September 1961) is a Dutch politician of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD). He has been the Mayor of Utrecht since 1 January 2014. He previously served as Mayor of Amstelveen from 1 July 2005 until 1 January 2014. Van Zanen was the Chairman of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy from 28 November 2003 until 23 May 2008.
