James Adam Reuben is a British-based financier and son of the property investorDavid Reuben.
James Adam Reuben was born in May 1986, the son of billionaire David Reuben. He was educated at North Bridge House School, but suffered from dyslexia and ADD.
Based in Perth, he is managing partner of investment firm Melbury Capital, vice chairman (and a significant investor) of Metro Bank advisory board, as well as a director at Britain’s largest horse racing company, Arena Racing Company, and of Queens Park Rangers Football Club.
A recent project Reuben worked on was helping found London based private members club 5 Hertford Street and he is in the process of developing a proposed luxury hotel at 94 Piccadilly, formerly the In & Out Club in Piccadilly.
Reuben is involved in the Reuben Foundation which supports a range of charitable causes, from long-term funding of projects to individual charitable donations, with a focus on the global advancement of healthcare and education.
He was chairman of former mayor Boris Johnson's 2012 re-election committee.
