James Donaldson is an English professional rugby league player who currently plays for Hull Kingston Rovers of the Kingstone Press Championship. His preferred playing position is Loose Forward.
James Donaldson was born in Whitehaven. He attended Whitehaven School.
He played a key role in the Rugby League European under-16 championship 2007, where Whitehaven School represented England.
Donaldson was much sought after as a junior and signed for Bradford despite offers from many other top clubs. A loose forward, Donaldson hails from Cumbria and played for the famous Wath Brow Hornets amateur side.
Donaldson played for the Bradford Bulls between 2009 and 2014.
Donaldson joined Hull Kingston Rovers from 2015.
