Jack Mulcahy (1918–1962) was an Irish sportsperson. He played hurling with his local club Éire Óg and with the Kilkenny senior inter-county team from 1938 until 1950. With Kilkenny Mulcahy won two All-Ireland titles and five Leinster titles. He later served as a referee at inter-county level.
