Jack Kelly is a Republican politician and former member of the City Council of Philadelphia.
Kelly originally represented the Seventh District on Council. In 1987, he defeated Democratic incumbent Patricia Harris for the seat, but he was defeated in his bid for re-election four years later by Daniel McElhatton.
Following the death of longtime Republican Councilman At-Large W. Thacher Longstreth, Kelly sought and was elected to his seat. He served from 2004 to 2012.
