Jérémie Airport (IATA: JEE, ICAO: MTJE) is the fifth busiest airport in Haiti in terms of passenger traffic and is 6.5 kilometres (4.0 mi) west of Jérémie in the Grand'Anse (department) of Haiti.
The Jeremie non-directional beacon (Ident: JRM) is located on the field.
The Autorité Aéroportuaire Nationale plans to make this an international airport by extending the runway to 2,200 m (7,218 ft) and adding a terminal with customs and other services.
In the aftermath of the 2010 Haiti earthquake, a convoy transporting food aide from Jérémie Airport through Jérémie, encountered a hijacking attempt by 20 men on Saturday 30 January 2010.
Medical aid was airlifted through the airport for the earthquake refugees who have flowed into the region.
