The discography of Ivy Queen consists of nine studio albums, five compilation albums, six EPs, one live album, sixty-five singles, and thirty-four music videos. Originally a part of a reggaeton group that would perform songs produced by DJ Negro at a local restaurant in San Juan, Puerto Rico called "The Noise", Ivy Queen would write and record her first song "Somos Raperos Pero No Delincuentes" alongside DJ Negro. Soon, he convinced her to go solo, and in 1997, she made her solo debut with the recording of En Mi Imperio through Sony Music Entertainment.
In 1999, Ivy Queen released her second studio album for the Sony label The Original Rude Girl which carried the hit songs "In The Zone", "Que Sabes Tu", and "The King and Queen". Then after five years in 2003, Diva, Ivy Queen's third studio was released. It featured the hits songs "Quiero Bailar", "Papi Te Quiero", "Guillaera" which featured Gran Omar, "Tuya Soy", and "Quiero Saber" which also featured Gran Omar. In 2004, the United States RIAA certified that Diva had sold more than 100,000 copies, a platinum edition was released. It featured several remixes to the songs from the original album. Ivy Queen's fourth album followed quickly and was also released in 2004. It featured the hit song "Dile". On October 29, 2005 she released her fifth studio album titled Flashback. It spawned three singles "Cuéntale", "Libertad", and "Te He Querido, Te He Llorado".
In April 2007, Ivy Queen released her sixth studio album entitled Sentimiento . The album debuted at No. 4 on the Latin charts, making it her highest debut ever on the charts. The lead single of the album "Que Lloren" became a Top 10 hit on the Latin Songs chart. The second single off the album "En Que Fallamos" peaked at No. 44 only to stay on the charts for two weeks. The third and last single "Sentimientos" was only able to chart on the Billboard Dance/Club Play Songs chart. Then after going Platinum, on November 20, 2007, Sentimiento: Platinum Edition was released.
