The island collared dove (Streptopelia bitorquata) is a species of bird in the family Columbidae.
The species occurs in Java and the Lesser Sunda Islands. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical mangrove forests.
The bird is grey with brownish wings and a black ring round its neck.
The Philippine collared dove was once considered a subspecies.
