Isaac Weaver Jr. (1756–1830) was a Speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1800-1803. He resigned as Speaker on March 1, 1803, to take the office of Pennsylvania Treasurer, at that time an office elected by the General Assembly.
Weaver was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1797 and served through 1803.
