The Iroquois Nationals indoor lacrosse team represents the Iroquois Confederacy. The are currently ranked second in the world by the Federation of International Lacrosse and have won Silver Medals in each of the 4 international competitions they've competed in. The first FIL sanctioned U17 box lacrosse friendly took place between the Iroquois Nationals and Team Canada during the 2015 World Indoor Lacrosse Championship.
In 2015, the Six Nation's held the inaugural World Lacrosse Challenge, an under-19 box lacrosse tournament featuring international teams. The Iroquois fielded 3 team, with the Iroquois West team winning bronze. The Iroquois had three teams at the 2016 renamed World Junior Lacrosse Championships. The Iroquois West team took Gold, with the Iroquois Grand River winning Bronze. The under-17 Iroquois team defeated Canada's under-17 squad to win Gold.
