Ipecac Neat is the first studio album by P.O.S, a member of Minneapolis hip hop collective Doomtree. It was released in 2004 on Doomtree Records, then re-released the next year on Rhymesayers Entertainment.
Most of the album is produced by P.O.S himself, while crediting some tracks under his alias Emily Bloodmobile. Other production contributions are from MK Larada and Lazerbeak. Guest appearances include Crescent Moon of Kill the Vultures, Turbo Nemesis, Toki Wright, Sims, and I Self Devine.
