Ion Pârcălab (born 5 November 1941) is a retired Romanian footballer. He was nicknamed "The Carpathian Arrow" by coach Helenio Herrera.

His last name is sometimes spelled Pîrcălab. He had to change the spelling of his last name in 1953 (due to a Romanian language spelling reform) to Pîrcălab, but in 1993 the spelling was reverted to Pârcălab. Which means the during his football career he had to use the spelling Pîrcălab (see Romanian special letters).

Pârcălab played for UTA Arad, Dinamo Bucureşti and Nîmes Olympique in France.

In 1965, he was awarded the title "Best Football Player" in Romania. He won four titles in a row with Dinamo București. He also participated at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo with the Romanian national team.
