The Institute de Technologie du Cambodge (Khmer: វិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជា; ITC), also known as Techno (Khmer: តិចណូ), founded in 1964, is an institution in Cambodia whose function is to educate students in science, technology and engineering.
ITC is one of Cambodia's highest education institutions. It currently offers the largest and most well known source engineering program in Cambodia. The institution offers a full range of education and research programs in engineering to all of the students. Education programs are offered in both French and English. ITC has been steadily building its international standing by expanding the international features of its academic program, promoting faculty and student exchanges, and developing a reputation in research. ITC Faculty members are distinguished in both teaching and research activities. The institute has an established center for research and innovation to further promote unique research areas and cutting-edge research being undertaken at the institute. Also, in the freshman undergraduate program, its students complete a foundation year before choosing their majors in the engineering program.

The entrance exam is in the middle of October. Applicants must have passed high school exam and must have good scores in basic science.
Each year, 800 talented high school students from all over the country are recruited by the entrance exam committee.
ITC accepts students for Engineer’s, Bachelor’s and master's degrees in various fields of engineering for their continuous education to the graduate programs. Students should possess a grade point average (GPA) of not less than 2.5 together with the proficient score of French or English.
Varied from programs to programs. Special scholarships are also offering for merit and for the poor students
Engineer (Ing.), Technician (Assoc. Degree), M.Eng., and D.Eng.
Collect all credits, assignment, report, and thesis defence; students must pass French and English exam. Dual degree programs are also applying with some specialises and some universities in Europe such INSA Rène, INP Toulouse, etc.
