Ingvild Deila is a Norwegian actress born on January 18, 1987.

In her late teens, Deila went to the UK to study for an MA in Media for Development and Social Change, but after graduating she started acting again, this time focusing on film. She has since played the lead role in several feature films, short films, plays, music videos and commercials.

Deila made a brief appearance as Princess Leia in the 2016 Star Wars film Rogue One. With the film set before 1977's Star Wars: A New Hope, a computer-generated image of a young Carrie Fisher was superimposed over Deila's face. Archival audio of Fisher saying "Hope" was used to voice the character.

Deila also had a small role in Avengers: Age of Ultron in 2015.
