This was Orbison's fourth album on the Monument label, named after the hit 45rpm single.
In 2004 Rolling Stone named the title song number 319 on their 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.
The CD re-issue adds "Falling", "Distant Drums", "Mean Woman Blues" and "Pretty Paper" and is renamed The Best of Roy Orbison In Dreams.
