Immanuel Ngatjizeko (born 30 May 1952 in Otjohorongo, Erongo Region) is a Namibian politician. A member of the South West Africa People's Organization Party Central Committee since 1991, Ngatjizeko has been a member of the National Assembly of Namibia since 2000 and member of the Cabinet since May 2003. As well as being Deputy Minister of Mines and Energy from 2000 to 2005, from 2003 to 2005, Ngatjizeko was the Director General of the National Planning Commission, replacing Saara Kuugongelwa. In March 2005, the Erongo native was appointed Minister of Trade and Industry. In March 2010, he was appointed the Minister of Labour and Social Welfare. Under President Hage Geingob, Ngatjizeko was moved to the post of Minister of Industrialisation, Trade and SME Development in March 2015 after being Minister of Safety and Security.

On Heroes' Day 2014 he was conferred the Most Brilliant Order of the Sun, Second Class.

Ngatjizeko attended Augustineum College in Windhoek and received a Diploma in Commerce and Administration from the University of Fort Hare, which he attended from 1974-76.
