Ilen Church (Norwegian: Ilen kirke) is a parish church in the municipality of Trondheim in Sør-Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located in the Ila area in the city of Trondheim, on the 250-metre (820 ft) wide isthmus between the river Nid (Nidelva) and the Trondheimsfjord.

The stone church was built in 1889 by local building company of Digre, according to a design by French architect Eugene Sissenére, and it was consecrated on 7 June 1889. The historic Claus Jensen organ in the church (18/II/P/M) is also from the same year. It will be restored in 2017 by a locally based organ building company, Brødrene Torkildsen Orgelbyggeri A/S.

A graveyard belonging to the parish is located in Ilsvika, a short distance from the church site. The church is part of the Ilen parish in the Byåsen deanery in the Diocese of Nidaros, although the parish will be included into Heimdal deanery from Autumn 2016.
