Ieva Ilves (née Kupče; born 13 September 1977) is a Latvian civil servant. She was engaged to the Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves in November 2015 and married him on 2 January 2016. From that point on until the end of President Ilves' term she was the First Lady of Estonia. Ieva Ilves gave birth to Hans Hendrik on 28 November 2016.
Ieva Ilves earned a master's degree from Johns Hopkins University. She continues to work for the Latvian Ministry of Defence, where she is head of the National Cybersecurity Policy Coordination Section.
