Nightmare of You is the debut album of indie rock band Nightmare of You.

It was self-released on September 13, 2005. In May 2006, the band toured alongside The Rocket Summer, Brandtson and Paramore. In June and July, the band toured alongside AFI and The Dillinger Escape Plan. In January 2007, the band went on a tour of the UK.
