IIC University of Technology (IIC) came into existence in 2008 through the evolution of the International Institute of Cambodia, founded in 1999. IIC University is accredited by the Royal Government of Cambodia as specified in Sub-Decree No. 127ANK.BK. IIC University is the member of International Association of Universities (IAU).

The university offers conventional and industrial PhD programs. Industrial Ph.D. is a qualification to train professionals to solve industrial oriented problems. Conventional PhD focuses on 80% academic needs and 20% industrial needs whereas Industrial PhD is 20% academic needs and 80% industrial needs.
The university offers MBA programs which produce consultants with a hands-on approach.
