The G4HA is a 4 cylinder, 0.8 L (798 cc) version with a 63 mm bore and 64 mm stroke. Output is 54 hp (40 kW) at 6000 rpm and 52 lb·ft (70 N·m) at 4800 rpm.

The G4HC is a 4 cylinder 2 valves per cylinder engine and it displaces 1.0 L (999 cc) with a larger 66 mm bore and 73 mm stroke. Power is 61 hp (43 kW) at 5700 rpm, but torque is up substantially to 81 lb·ft (110 N·m) at 3000 rpm. This engine has been used in Hyundai's Hatchback Atos/Santro.

The G4HG is a 4 cylinder 3 valves per cylinder, 1.1 L (1086 cc) version with a 67 mm bore and 77 mm stroke. Output is 65 PS (48 kW; 64 hp) at 5500 rpm and 9.9 kg·m (97 N·m; 72 lbf·ft) at 2800 rpm. This engine has been used in Hyundai's newer Santro Xing cars and Kia Picanto

The G3HG is a 3 cylinder, 9 valves, SOHC, 0.8 L (814 cc) version with a 67 mm bore and 77 mm stroke. Output is 56 PS (41 kW; 55 hp) at 5500 rpm and 7.6 kg·m (75 N·m; 55 lbf·ft) at 4000 rpm. This engine has been used in Hyundai's new small hatchback Hyundai Eon. As the name suggests this G3HG engine is nothing but a G4HG engine with one fewer cylinders mainly designed for high fuel efficiency.
