Huerfano (Navajo: Hanáádlį́) is a census-designated place (CDP) in San Juan County, New Mexico, United States. The population was 104 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Farmington Metropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 26.9 square miles (70 km2), all of it land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 104 people, 28 households, and 22 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 3.9 people per square mile (1.5/km²). There were 36 housing units at an average density of 1.3 per square mile (0.5/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 99.04% Native American and 0.96% White.
There were 28 households out of which 39.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.1% were married couples living together, 17.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 21.4% were non-families. 14.3% of all households were made up of individuals and none had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
