HomeServices of America, Inc., held by Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary Berkshire Hathaway Energy, is a residential real estate brokerage firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and founded in 1998. HomeServices has operations in 25 states and over 22,000 sales associates. In addition to brokerage services, these real estate companies provide mortgage loan originations, title and closing services, home warranties, property insurance and casualty insurance and other related services.
