Hilary Boulding

Dame Hilary Boulding (born January 1957) is President of Trinity College, University of Oxford. She was formerly principal of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. She was appointed Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire in the 2017 Queen's Birthday Honours.
