Herzegovina (/ˌhɛərtsˈɡvnə/ HAIRT-sə-GOH-vi-nə or /ˌhɜːrtsəɡˈvnə/;Serbo-Croatian: Hercegovina, Херцеговина, [xɛ̌rtsɛɡov̞ina]) is the southern region of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
