Henry Hamilton (c. February 1692 – 3 June 1743), styled The Honourable from 1715, was an Irish politician.
He was the youngest son of Gustavus Hamilton, 1st Viscount Boyne and his wife Elizabeth Brooke, daughter of Sir Henry Brooke. In 1725, he entered the Irish House of Commons for St Johnstown (County Donegal), a seat he held until 1727. Three years later, he was returned for Donegal County, the same constituency his father and his two older brothers Frederick and Gustavus had also represented, and sat as Member of Parliament until his death in 1743. He was Collector of the Port of Cork.
On 27 October 1722, he married Mary Dawson, eldest daughter of Joshua Dawson. They had seven children, two daughters and five sons. His third son Sackville was Under-Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, while his fourth son Henry was Governor of Bermuda and Dominica.
