Henri Schneider (18 December 1840 – 17 May 1898) was a French businessman and politician.
Henri Schneider was born on December 18, 1840 in Le Creusot, rural France. His father, Eugène Schneider, co-founded Schneider-Creusot with his uncle, Adolphe Schneider, in 1836.
He served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies from 1889 to 1898.
He died on May 17, 1898 in Paris, France.
His statue in the centre of Le Creusot, designed by Emile Peynot, was dedicated in 1923.
