Hemsworth Miners Welfare Football Club is an English football club based in Hemsworth, West Yorkshire. The club are currently members of the Northern Counties East League Premier Division.
Hemsworth Miners Welfare Football Club was formed in 1981 following the disbanding of the village's colliery club the previous year. The new club joined Division Three of the Doncaster and District Senior League. In 1985–86 the club were promoted to Division Two. Following back-to-back promotions, they reached the Premier Division in 1987–88.
After winning the Premier Division Cup in 1995, the club switched to Division One of the West Riding County Amateur Football League. In 1996–97 they won both the league and the Division One Cup, and were promoted to the Premier Division. The following year they won the Premier Division Cup, a feat repeated in 2001.
In 2008 the club were accepted into Division One of the Northern Counties East League, where they have remained since. On the 5th April 2016, Hemsworth confirmed their promotion from the NCEL Division One with a 2-1 win against Dronfield Town.
