Helen Stewart (born 1938) is a Canadian former swimmer. She competed in two events at the 1956 Summer Olympics. After her swimming career, she was a member of the Canadian Pan American Games volleyball team in 1967 (finished sixth) and 1971 (placed fifth). She is the sister of Mary Stewart.
