Health Select Committee

The Health Select Committee is one of the Select Committees of the British House of Commons. It oversees the operations of the Department of Health and its associated bodies.

Changes were made on 26th Oct 2015 - Rachael Maskell, Liz McInnes and Emily Thornberry discharged - Ben Bradshaw, Julie Cooper and Emma Reynolds added. Current membership is as follows.

Dr Sarah Wollaston was elected as current Chair of the Health Committee on Thursday 18 June 2015. The remaining members of the Committee were elected by the House on Wednesday 8 July 2015.

Occasionally, the House of Commons orders changes to be made in terms of membership of select committees, as proposed by the Committee of Selection. Such changes are shown below.
