Hatsuhiko Tsuji (Japanese: 辻 発彦 Hepburn: Tsuji Hatsuhiko, born October 24, 1958 in Saga, Japan) was a professional baseball player for the Seibu Lions in Nippon Professional Baseball. During his career, he was well known as a skillful second baseman.
