Harvey Tolibao

Harvey Montecillo Tolibao (born June 25, 1981 in Bukidnon, Philippines) is a Filipino comic book artist. Cover artist at Zenescope Entertainment, a comic book artist at IDW Publishing and artist at Nautilus Comics.

He got involved in the comic industry in late 2006. He has also done works for Dabel Brothers Productions, Top Cow, IDW, Valiant Comics, Zenescope and for DC.

He is a Creative Director and Co-founder of HMT Studios Manila along with 7 HMT Studios Crew.
