Harmony is a town in Iredell County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 533 at the 2010 census. The town is located in northeastern Iredell County and lies in the eastern portion of the North Carolina High Country.

Damascus Baptist Church Arbor, Gaither House, Holland-Summers House, Morrison-Campbell House, and Snow Creek Methodist Church and Burying Ground are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
