Hari Singh Dilbar (Punjabi: ਹਰੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਿਲਬਰ) is a well-known Punjabi writer and poet of East Punjab.
Dilbar was born as Hari Singh in 1929 to father S. (Sardar) Mota Singh in Layallpur (now Faisalabad), British Punjab. His father was a freedom fighter. After partition they moved to Jalandhar and then shifted to Sirsa (now in Haryana state) where Dilbar worked in a sweetshop for many year. Dilbar did his schooling up to fifth standard and started writing poetry in 1943. He is known for his funny poetry. Till now, he has published many books on various subjects.
