Hanover Township is a township in Washington County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 2,673 at the 2010 census.Hillman State Park, a Pennsylvania state park, and the KeyBank Pavilion concert venue are located in Hanover Township.

The Devil's Den, McClurg Covered Bridge, Jackson's Mill Covered Bridge, Lyle Covered Bridge and Ralston Freeman Covered Bridge are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
