The Women's rhythmic individual all-around competition at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, United Kingdom. The event was held at the Wembley Arena on 9–11 August.

The competition consisted of a qualification round and a final round. The top ten gymnasts in the qualification round advance to the final round. In each round, the gymnasts perform four routines (ball, hoop, clubs, and ribbon), with the scores added to give a total.

Six gymnasts arrived from the past olympic cycle and five of them made their way onto the all around final with Evgeniya Kanaeva being the defending champion, being it the first time a previous champion arrived to defend her title which she succeeded to retain. This games were marked by the distinction of having the largest amount of gymnast older than 20 years old.
