Grasonville is a census-designated place (CDP) in Queen Anne's County, Maryland, United States. The population was 2,193 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 5.2 square miles (13 km2), of which 4.7 square miles (12 km2) is land and 0.6 square miles (1.6 km2) (10.56%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 2,193 people, 845 households, and 588 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 470.0 people per square mile (181.3/km²). There were 948 housing units at an average density of 203.2/sq mi (78.4/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 69.49% White, 28.77% African American, 0.23% Native American, 0.09% Asian, 0.78% from other races, and 0.64% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.78% of the population.
There were 845 households out of which 30.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 46.6% were married couples living together, 15.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 30.3% were non-families. 24.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.58 and the average family size was 3.01.
