Graeme J. Wilson MBE (born 1919) is a British academic and translator. He served in the Fleet Air Arm (1939–46) and, following World War II, joined the Home Civil Service. He has lectured for the British Council, written reviews for English journals, and radio scripts for the Australian Broadcasting Company. In 1964 he was seconded to the Foreign Service as Counsellor and Civil Air Attache at twelve Far Eastern posts. Between 1968 and 1969 he was a Ford Foundation Fellow of the National Translation Center, Austin, Texas. His works include translations of I Am a Cat and Ten Nights of Dreams by Natsume Sōseki, both of which he worked alongside Aiko Itō to produce, and thousands of poems, mainly in translation from Chinese or Japanese. He has been an adult scout master for over fifty years, and is a past president and honorary member of the Aberdeen Association of Royal Warrant Holders.
