Nadine EP is the first extended play (EP) by Irish recording artist Nadine Coyle. It was released on 22 March 2018 by Virgin EMI Records. Produced by Xenomania (Brian Higgins) and Commands, new material from Coyle began development in late 2014 and 2015, after gaining inspiration whilst collaborating with Higgins again. On the day of release, the EP peaked at #3 on the UK iTunes Top Albums Chart.
The extended play is the first EP for Coyle, and first solo record after the release of Insatiable in 2010.
On 16 September 2014, Coyle announced that she and Higgins had began working on making new material and producing tracks for a potention second solo album. In 2015, Coyle stated that she was "recording the album" and that it would be released the same year, but plans fell through and this did not happen. In July 2017, it was announced that Coyle had signed a recording deal with Virgin EMI Records. A new single, "Go to Work", was announced on 23 August 2017 and was released on 8 September 2017. A music video for the song was released uploaded to YouTube on 15 September 2017, a week after the song's release.
Prior to its release, Coyle had released non-album single "Go to Work", which reached number 57 on the UK Singles Downloads Chart and number 52 in Scotland. After the release of the single, the four-track EP was announced on 5 February 2018. All four songs from the EP were released bi-weekly; "Girls on Fire" was released on 8 February 2018, "Gossip" was released on 23 February 2018, "September Song" was released on 9 March 2018, and finally "Something in Your Bones", released with the EP, on 22 March 2018. To mark the release of the new EP, Coyle held a live Q&A on Twitter with fans.
Lauren O'Neill of Noisey UK described the EP as "unabashed British pop" and has kept a "formula of relative timelessness" comparable to that of Girls Aloud's.
