Gilson Kleina (born March 30, 1968 in Curitiba) is a Brazilian football manager who coaches Goiás.

On July 31, 2009, he signed with Duque de Caxias Futebol Clube to coach the Rio de Janeiro team as a replacement for Rodney Gonçalves.

On September 19, 2012, Kleina, after realizing a good work for Ponte Preta, signed with Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras, that struggle against relegation. The new coach comes to alviverde to replace Luiz Felipe Scolari, .

On May 8, 2014, Kleina leaves alviverde and was replaced by Ricardo Gareca
