Geisha J. Williams (born 1961/62) is an American businesswoman, the president and CEO of the Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) since March 2017.
Williams was born in Cuba, and emigrated to the U.S. with her family. She has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
After university, Williams worked for Florida Power & Light (FPL), starting as a residential energy auditor.
Williams joined PG&E in 2007.
She is a director at the Edison Electric Institute, the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations, and the Association of Edison Illuminating Companies, and the board chair for the Center for Energy Workforce Development.
She is married, with two daughters.
