Geham is a small rural community in the Toowoomba Region, Queensland, Australia. At the 2011 Australian Census Geham recorded a population of 441.
The New England Highway passes through Geham. The northwest boundary is aligned with Cooby Creek.
A Highfields Post Office opened on 1 January 1868 and was renamed Geham in 1876.
